First Contact
Once you get in touch with us, we’ll have a chat about your project. We’ll then book a time for someone from our team to come and do a site assessment to get the ball rolling.

Site Assessment
One of our experienced project managers will visit your property to discuss and understand your vision, including your needs, budget and timings. (Note that smaller jobs may not require a site visit as we may be able to provide a quote from plans, measurements and images).

Quoting
Once we have a better idea of your project and your vision and we’ve assessed the site if necessary, we’ll run some numbers and send you a quote, along with some preliminary advice on how we’ll be approaching your project so you know what to expect.

Plan for Timings
When you’re happy with the quote, we’ll start putting together some timings for the development of your project so you know what kind of timeline we’re working with.

Final Walkthrough
Once the job is done to our high standards, we’ll conduct a final site walkthrough with you to ensure everything is satisfactory and to your liking.
