Construction of a new health care facility in Mangere on a tight site with many existing services (telecom, transformers, gas, drainage) that had to be moved or diverted as part of early enabling works.

A consent design, building area analysis and preliminary cost plan were completed by Eternity Construction Limited to ensure a match with the client’s overall business plan.

The new building envelope design and building services had to be “flexible” to appeal to a wide range of potential new tenants. Eternity Construction Limited managed User Group meetings and the development of the design with key anchor tenants.
