Reliable execution, precision, long-term value
About the Project:
The site spans 11,848m² and Preco required a large, enclosed building (1303m²) and separate office (265m²), leaving plenty of outdoor space for storage of materials and completed panels. It was important the office was physically separated to reduce the risk of potential damage during an earthquake, and Eternity Construction Limited worked with local interior designer Tina Jones to create an inviting office space that staff would proudly look after for years to come.
The main building had to be large enough to fit 20 tonne gantry cranes inside, and careful thought had to be given to environmental measures to capture wastewater from the concrete products used during Preco’s manufacturing processes.
Eternity Construction Limited constructed extensive wash down areas, sumps and interceptors to comply with wastewater discharge regulations. The total project cost was $2.967 million.
Eternity Construction Limited values the strong relationships we have built with subcontractors such as Preco over the years, and it was a privilege to help construct a first-class base for their business.
Our projects reflect thoughtful design and innovation, creating spaces that are functional and inspiring.
